本プライバシーポリシーは、スマートフォンアプリケーション「ズキケア」（以下「本サービス」）の開発者 kitchenuna が、ユーザーの個人情報をどのように収集・利用・管理するかを定めるものです。
第1条（情報の取り扱い）
以下の情報はお使いの端末内にのみ保存または一時使用され、開発者は取得しません。
- ユーザーが入力した頭痛・睡眠・服薬・生理周期等の記録データ（健康に関する情報を含みます）
- GPS位置情報（許可した場合のみ・任意。端末内で最寄りの居住エリア特定に使用し、外部への送信・保存はしません）
開発者が収集する情報は以下のとおりです。
- アプリの利用状況・クラッシュ情報（Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics）
- 広告識別子（AdMob による広告配信のため）
- プッシュ通知用の端末識別情報（FCMトークン）※通知機能を使用した場合のみ
- サポートID（Firebase匿名認証により生成される識別子。お問い合わせ時のトラブル追跡に使用します）
- サブスクリプションの購入状況（RevenueCatを通じて管理されます）
- お問い合わせ時にユーザーが任意でご提供いただく情報（氏名・メールアドレス等）。サポート対応のみに使用し、対応完了後は適切に廃棄します。
第2条（利用目的）
収集した情報は以下の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供・維持・改善
- 頭痛記録の管理・傾向の分析・参考スコアの提供
- 天気予報・気圧情報との連携
- プッシュ通知の送信
- 広告の配信（AdMob）
- サービスの安全性確保・不正行為の防止
第3条（第三者への提供）
開発者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合
なお、本サービスは第4条に定める外部サービスを利用するため、必要な範囲で情報が各サービス提供事業者に送信される場合があります。

第5条（位置情報）
天気予報機能では、ユーザーが設定した居住エリアをもとに気象データを取得します。ユーザーが位置情報の利用を許可した場合に限り、GPS位置情報を端末内で処理して最寄りの居住エリアを自動特定します。GPS座標は外部サーバーへ送信せず、端末内での処理にのみ使用します。位置情報の利用は任意であり、許可しなくても本サービスの主要機能は利用できます。位置情報の利用は、デバイスの設定からいつでも無効にできます。

開発者は適切なセキュリティ対策を講じますが、インターネット上での完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
第7条（データの削除）
- アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された記録データは消去されます。
- Firebaseサーバーに保存された通知設定・端末識別情報は、アプリ削除後も即時削除されない場合があります。
- Firebase Analytics・Crashlyticsによる利用状況・クラッシュ情報は、アプリ削除後もGoogleのデータ保持ポリシーに従い一定期間保持されます。これらのデータはユーザーが直接削除することはできません。
- RevenueCatに保存されたサブスクリプション情報は、RevenueCatのデータ保持ポリシーに従って管理されます。
- お問い合わせ時にご提供いただいた氏名・メールアドレス等の情報は、対応完了後に速やかに廃棄します。
第8条（ユーザーの権利）
個人情報保護法に基づき、ユーザーは法令の定めに従い、開発者が保有し管理可能な個人情報について開示・訂正・削除・利用停止を請求することができます。ご希望の場合はお問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。
第9条（お子様のプライバシー）
本サービスは、保護者の同意なく13歳未満の児童が利用することを想定していません。13歳未満の方から意図せず個人情報を収集した場合、速やかに削除いたします。

本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。重要な変更の場合は本サービス内で事前に通知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how kitchenuna (“Developer”), the developer of the smartphone application “Zukicare” (“Service”), collects, uses, and manages users’ personal information.
Article 1 (Handling of Information)
The following information is stored only on your device or used temporarily, and is not collected by the developer.
- Records entered by the user, including headache, sleep, medication, menstrual cycle, and other health-related data
- GPS location (only if permitted; optional. Used on-device to identify the nearest residential area; not transmitted or stored externally)
The developer collects the following information:
- App usage and crash information (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics)
- Advertising identifier (for ad delivery via AdMob)
- Device identifier for push notifications (FCM token) — only when the notification feature is used
- Support ID (an anonymous identifier generated through Firebase Anonymous Authentication; used for troubleshooting when you contact support)
- Subscription purchase status (managed via RevenueCat)
- Information voluntarily provided by users when contacting support (such as name and email address). Used solely for support purposes and appropriately disposed of after the inquiry is resolved.
Article 2 (Purpose of Use)
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Managing headache records, analyzing trends, and providing reference scores
- Integration with weather forecasts and atmospheric pressure information
- Sending push notifications
- Ad delivery (AdMob)
- Ensuring service security and preventing unauthorized activity
Article 3 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The developer will not provide users’ personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

Article 5 (Location Information)
The weather forecast feature retrieves meteorological data based on the residential area set by the user. If the user grants location permission, GPS data is processed on-device to automatically identify the nearest residential area. GPS coordinates are not transmitted to external servers and are used solely for on-device processing. Location access is optional; the main features of the Service remain available without granting location permission. Location access can be disabled at any time in device settings.

The developer implements appropriate security measures, but cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
Article 7 (Data Deletion)
- Deleting the app will erase the record data stored on your device.
- Notification settings and device identifiers stored on Firebase servers may not be deleted immediately after the app is uninstalled.
- Usage and crash data collected by Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics will be retained for a period after app deletion in accordance with Google’s data retention policy. Users cannot directly delete this data.
- Subscription information stored in RevenueCat is managed in accordance with RevenueCat’s data retention policy.
- Personal information such as name and email address provided during a support inquiry will be promptly disposed of after the inquiry is resolved.
Article 8 (User Rights)
In accordance with applicable laws, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information held and managed by the Developer, to the extent provided by law. Article 9 (Children’s Privacy)
The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 without parental consent. If personal information is inadvertently collected from a child under 13, it will be promptly deleted.
Article 10 (Changes to this Policy)
This policy may be changed. For significant changes, prior notice will be given within the Service.
